Your new role
Asa Finance Assistant, you'll support the finance team with job management,purchase orders, billing, and reporting. You'll work closely with ProductionAccountants and Project Managers to ensure smooth financial operations acrossmultiple client projects.
- Managing WIP balances and coding job cost invoices
- Creating job bags and assisting with credit control
- Client billing using internal systems (Excel, MBS, CRM)
- Maintaining acute client records
- Liaising with PMs to manage WIP
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls
- Providing reports and financial support to senior stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in finance or accounting support, including billing skills- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with finance systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Media production industry background is preferred
