Job Overview
-We are seeking a proactive and experienced Service Supervisor to oversee the delivery of FM services in a dynamic and fast-paced Total Facilities Management (TFM) environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising frontline staff, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
Main Duties
-Supervise daily operations across cleaning, and other FM services.
-Allocate tasks and monitor performance of on-site teams to meet SLAs and KPIs.
-Act as the first point of contact for client queries and service escalations.
-Covering any service section when needed.
-Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
-Maintain accurate records, reports, and service logs using IT systems.
-Support the Front of House Manager in planning,implementing service improvements.
-Ensure all staff adhere to health & safety, environmental, and company policies.
-Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for planned and reactive works.
-Participate in emergency response and incident management as required.
-Recruitment, training and managing a team of housekeeping staff
-Ordering, stock control and stock takes
What we are looking for
-Proven experience in a supervisory role within a facilities or building services environment.
-Strong understanding of TFM operations, including both hard and soft services.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite.
-Knowledge of health & safety regulations and risk assessments.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
