Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, managing high patient volumes Direct calls and take messages as necessary Sort, review, and distribute internal mail Process outgoing mail following established procedures Manage patient records by pulling, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents into electronic systems Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized, ready for use by colleagues Receive and appropriately distribute incoming deliveries If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and thrive in a dynamic, supportive team environment, wed love to hear from you. Shakespeare Walk-in Centre, located within the Inner Leeds area, has a diverse patient population who present with a variety of medical and social needs. The Walk-in Centre is open 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm including bank holidays. Location: Cromwell Mount, Leeds, LS9 7TA System used: SystemOne Why join us?
