Our client, based in central Gloucester, are currently recruiting for a Business Support Coordinator on a 4-month temporary contract with a strong chance of extension.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate for the role is £19.60 per hour via an Umbrella Company.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Managing an inbox for assets and adaptations, ensuring emails are actioned and organized
• Liaising with customers over the phone and via email to obtain information relating to disrepair cases
• Supporting the wider team with the collection of data, ensuring data is robust and accurate
• Raising purchase order numbers
• Preparing and sending out letters to tenants
Experience required:
• Liaising with social housing tenants
• Monitoring inboxes
