Salary: UofG Grade 5, £27,319 - £31,236 per annum pro rata.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Officer to work within Community Engagement & Support at the University.

The Project Officer – Community Engagement & Support plays a key role in supporting the ongoing development, delivery, and evaluation of the Community & Inclusion project, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and a strong focus on student needs.

In this role, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and implementation of initiatives that promote student engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing, while also supporting the improvement of induction activities to ensure they are inclusive, student-informed, and welcoming.

Working collaboratively across teams—including Community Support, Induction & Transition, and Enquiry Support— you will help to enhance the student experience at all stages of the student lifecycle, contributing to initiatives that strengthen students’ sense of belonging and mattering, working closely with staff networks, university-wide programmes, and student organisations.
