This site is well underway, 32 units in total with the Site Manager looking after the general site - you'll be tasked to come in and finish off the apartments to a high-standard so if you're got a strong finishing background either in housebuild OR apartments, this could be a great fit for you.
And that’s where your development comes in, you’ll essentially be given an easier introduction to the business on this smaller, more compact site whilst the Site Manager (who’s done it both with PLC builders and smaller builders) will be there to help, you’ll be paid well (up to £36,000 plus package) to deliver a high-quality for a housing association i.e. no awkward customers.
And along with the good salary, you’ll be given a car allowance and go into a companywide bonus scheme, too, amongst other extras. With an immediate start and interview, this is a great time to get involved with the business as they continue to grow.
