We Offer:
Join us in a HR & Learning and Development admin role. This is a fixed term contract for approximately one year to cover maternity leave. You will support the HR Manager with a variety of HR and organisational development tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for employee records management
- Support with recruitment and onboarding
- Working with the team at every stage of their employee experience
- Driving our culture and values
- Promoting and assisting with employee wellbeing initiatives
- Co-design a learning & Development roadmap for the organisation
- Ensuring everyone has the right skills to fulfil their role
The ideal candidate will have –
- Relevant work experience, including working within a HR and /or learning & development team.
- Attention to detail, with a confidential, professional approach.
- A strong desire to live by and promote our values and culture.
- Excellent working knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages.
Salary: Up to £27,000 (FTE) depending on experience.
Hours: 22 hours per week – flexible on when/how these hours are worked through the week, however, ideally to include a part/full day on a Friday. We offer flexible and hybrid working with the opportunity for some home working.
Location: Our office is located at 7 Beacon Way, Hull, HU3 4AE.
