Location: Northwich
Salary: £12.30 to £12.60 per hour plus sleep-in allowance
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Join Our Caring Team – Make Every Day Count
Do you believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live a life filled with choice, independence, and purpose?
We are looking for compassionate, patient, and dedicated Support Workers who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
As part of our team, you will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You will help them develop skills, build confidence, and engage in activities that make each day meaningful. This is not just a job — it is an opportunity to be a trusted guide, a supportive friend, and a valued part of someone’s journey.
What the Role Involves
In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
• Support daily routines such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care, encouraging independence wherever possible.
• Help individuals explore new hobbies, attend social events, and enjoy activities in the community.
• Accompany people to appointments, clubs, or day trips, ensuring they feel safe and supported.
• Provide emotional reassurance, building strong and trusting relationships.
• Support personal growth by encouraging new skills and celebrating achievements.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
Every day will be different. Some days you might be helping someone prepare for their first independent bus journey. Other days, you could be joining in with a baking session, going bowling, or enjoying a walk in the park.
What We Offer
We value our staff and work hard to ensure you feel supported, appreciated, and able to progress in your career. You will receive:
• A competitive hourly rate of £12.30 to £12.60 plus a generous sleep-in allowance.
• Paid training from your very first day, so you feel confident and prepared.
• Opportunities to gain nationally recognised qualifications in Health and Social Care.
• A supportive team environment where your voice is heard and your ideas are valued.
• A varied working day where you will make a lasting difference in someone’s life.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences. You do not need previous care experience – what matters most is your attitude, values, and commitment to helping others. If you are reliable, empathetic, and eager to learn, we will provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
