RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead with Autonomy: Take the reins of your own agency and operate it independently, with tailored support from head office.
Become an Expert: Master the art of assessing and purchasing precious metals, building trust and rapport with every client.
Create an Exceptional Experience: Use your interpersonal and negotiation skills to ensure flawless branch operations and a professional, welcoming environment.
Drive Growth: Execute their innovative marketing strategy in collaboration with your regional manager to boost sales and market presence.
Build Your Team: Recruit and lead a small, local team to help spread the word and grow our business.
