Why this role?
You'll play a key role in delivering a robust, scalable Web Application and data platform that unlocks better Management Information (MI), improves data quality, and drives automation across the business. You’ll work closely with teams across cross functional teams and helping to bring their data needs to life.
You should be quick learner and self-motivated personnel having good communications skills. 8 to 10 years of Experience. Degree level qualification or an NVQ Level 6 qualification with experience. Salary £44,000K - £45,000K depends on experience / Qualification plus pension, 28 days holiday per annum Inclusive of public holidays, sick pay. This is a hybrid model work and travel will be on need basis, most of time may be remote work should be resident in the UK.
Web Application Development - Roles and Responsibilities
• Web application development, hosting and support
• UI design and development
• Proficiency with ETL tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• Write functions specifications
• Install software, test, and correct problems
• Designs assignments with web services like REST, SOAP, etc.
• Working networking, configuring and trouble shooting
• Create security standards.
• Create security policies.
• Create user interface and user managements
• Protect software and applications from vulnerability
• Manage web applications and securities
• Protect IT equipment and implement security
• Write complex SQL queries
• Using T-SQL create stored procedures, functions and triggers
• Executes assignments with the use of web applications, scripts, and programming
languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Agile, waterfall and SDLC knowledge
• Create operational documents and provide support
