As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Work Monday to Friday, 8:20am - 4:00pm during term time plus non-pupil days
*Plan and deliver lessons across the KS2 curriculum
*Support pupils across different classes as needed
*Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Uphold high expectations for effort and behaviour
*Apply flexible teaching strategies and strong classroom management
* An HLTA or teaching qualification is desirable, but professional development training will be offered to the right candidate.
