Are you passionate about delivering great customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? We're looking for friendly, professional and enthusiastic individuals to join our Casual Hospitality Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic venue that hosts a variety of events throughout the year.
Please note for this role that you must be able to work Fridays and Weekends, and previous supervising experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service at all times in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
Advise guests on food and beverage options and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere
Be proficient in your work and supervise the hospitality team to ensure the highest standards are being met.
Prepare and serve food and drinks, including wine and beverages from the bar
Lay tables and prepare areas for meals, refreshments, and events
Maintain stock levels, rotate stock, and assist with stocktaking
Handle payments and operate tills in line with company procedures
Keep work and public areas clean, tidy, and safe, adhering to health and safety standards
Accurately complete paperwork such as temperature logs and wastage records
Follow all company and licensing policies and procedures
Act as an information point for guests and provide assistance when needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous supervising experience essential
Polite, professional, and well-presented individuals
Excellent verbal communication and customer care skills
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
Adaptability and flexibility to work varied shifts (including Friday's and Weekends)
Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflict calmly
A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
