· Provide authoritative technical advice and operational support to clinical staff, engineering colleagues, and Trust managers.

· Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to Band 5 Technicians and apprentices.

· Contribute to equipment lifecycle planning, policy development, procurement reviews, and compliance assurance.

· Support ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and lead service improvement initiatives.

· Maintain accurate and auditable records using the Trust’s medical equipment management system (e.g., e-Quip).
