Utility Maps 4 U LTD offer utility asset search maps to large scale global companies working throughout the UK. This may be for clients who want to install new fibre optic cables, build new houses, build new service stations etc. Utility Maps 4 U Ltd will advise clients what is running underneath the ground and overhead i.e High voltage electricity, gas pipes and so on.
Starting out from a home office 3 years ago, we have now expanded into 2 offices within a local business centre, and are looking to expand our team even more as our client portfolio grows rapidly and our services are in high demand.
We are looking to hire a Data Input Administrator to join our ever-growing team.
Role:
Submitting co-ordinates to multiple online systems to generate the utility asset search maps.
Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of clients data security system.
Ensure risk assessments of each map are correctly completed.
Ensure that Google Sheets and tracking spreadsheets are up to date and accurate.
You will be responsible for data input and complete a full turnkey from start to finish for clients.
Managing computer systems that store and organise data filing.
Compressing and gathering sensitive information for clients.
Keeping a Excel log of all works completed.
Maintaining and securing data, identifying areas for improvement with the infrastructure.

Computer literacy: experience with MS Office, MS Teams, and Adobe Acrobat is preferred
