Our bank contracts will give you flexibility over the days and hours you work, tell us when you're available and we'll look to give you shifts to fit.This is a Bank (as and when required) role, meaning shifts will be offered based on service needs. If you're looking for full-time, guaranteed hours, this may not be the right fit, but if you want flexibility, we'd love to hear from you!It would be great if you have a full UK driving licence as some of the people we support have their own mobility cars, however this isn't essential to join our team.The RoleJoin our warm and welcoming team in Erskine as a Bank Support Practitioner, providing high-quality, person-centred care when it’s needed most. You’ll cover shifts during staff leave, training or sickness to ensure high quality and consistent support. To build trusting relationships with the people we support, we ask that you ideally pick up 1-2 shifts per week.From meal prep and medication to attending appointments, activities and outings you’ll help with all aspects of daily life. You’ll also provide emotional support and help people maintain strong relationships with family and friends.The people we support enjoy active, fulfilling lives. Their interests range from going to college, having lunch out, and dancing at the disco, to watching football, visiting the safari park, and more.
