This is a fantastic opportunity to join a community-led organisation making a real difference on the ground. As Estates Manager, you'll play a key leadership role, ensuring the delivery of efficient, resident-focused services, and driving estate improvements that enhance the lives of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day housing management services, including tenancy management, estate services, and customer engagement.
  • Lead on estate improvements and capital works, including the delivery and management of major works projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, statutory obligations, and internal policies.
  • Work closely with residents, contractors, and local stakeholders to promote a strong sense of community and high service standards.
  • Manage, support, and develop a small team to ensure consistent service delivery.

About You:

  • To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing housing services within a social housing environment.
  • At least 2 years' experience managing major works and estate improvements, with a strong understanding of contract and project management.
  • A CIH Level 4 qualification, housing-related degree, or similar professional qualification - or demonstrable experience and willingness to gain such qualifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A resident-focused mindset and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality services.

What's on Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £50,000 - £55,000
  • Generous benefits package
  • Supportive and community-focused working environment
  • Opportunity to shape and lead estate services for a respected local TMO
