Crynodeb
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and support workers. Attend daily MDT handovers and contribute to risk formulation and treatment planning. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic patient records (RiO). Provide clear and compassionate communication to service users and carers during periods of high distress.
