Surrey Job Family PS6 FTE Salary £29,697–31,848. Pro Rata for 30.5 hours PW £21,089–£22,617
Additional hours maybe available to cover breakfast and after school provision if required.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 8:45am – 3:15pm, with half an hour for lunch,
Wednesday, 8:30am – 3:30pm with half an hour for lunch.We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Nurse to work as part of our brand-new nursery team. Our new Teacher led Nursery opened in September 2024 - accepting children from the age of 2 years. We have creative a beautiful inspiring space and have access to fantastic primary school facilities which includes a forest school and vibrant school garden. To be considered for this position, you will need to: Hold a relevant qualification such as NVQ level 2/3 in Early Years childcare, or equivalent Have experience of working within a nursery setting Have a positive, hardworking and "can do" attitude Have sound experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS); and are able to contribute to planning, observations and reports Possess a high level of written and spoken English Provide the children with a safe, secure environment Operate a key-person system and liaise with parents/carers and senior staff Contribute to planning, observations and reports In addition, you will need to be flexible and creative, with the commitment to provide first class childcare and have lots of fun!
