Trainee Teacher Opportunity: A Rewarding New Chapter in Your Career

Ready for a career change that makes a real difference? Our school in Cranleigh, Surrey, is seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Trainee Teachers. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to build a fulfilling career by empowering children with special educational needs (SEN).

You don't need a teaching background to succeed here. If you have experience working with children with SEN and a passion for making a positive impact, we'll provide the rest. You'll receive comprehensive training in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques from our experienced team. As a Trainee Teacher, you'll be a key part of our close-knit community, where your unique skills will be valued and supported.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and delivering engaging, personalised lessons.

  • Working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.

  • Using your experience to connect with students and help them thrive.

  • Growing your skills through ongoing professional development.

We are a small, nurturing school located in the beautiful Surrey countryside. Our staff are committed to providing the highest quality education and support. If you are a reliable, resilient, and compassionate individual looking for a meaningful career change, we want to hear from you.

Essential Requirements:

  • A commitment to working with children with SEN.

  • Experience working with children with SEN.

  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (due to our location).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

If you're ready to start a new, rewarding career path, please contact Paul Hirchfield at 01293 527416 or paul.hirchfield@randstadeducation.co.uk.
