What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, caring, and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Early Years Learning: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage children’s development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a Nurturing Environment: Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive space where children feel confident to explore and learn.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care, education, and communication.
- Partner with Parents: Build strong, positive relationships with families to support each child’s individual needs.
- Prioritise Safety: Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times, keeping the environment clean and well-organised.
