Hourly Rate: Up to £12.50 | Full-Time Hours, All Year Round

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive, caring, and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Early Years Learning: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage children’s development in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a Nurturing Environment: Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive space where children feel confident to explore and learn.
  • Work as a Team: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care, education, and communication.
  • Partner with Parents: Build strong, positive relationships with families to support each child’s individual needs.
  • Prioritise Safety: Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times, keeping the environment clean and well-organised.
