As a Quantity Surveyor, your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing the commercial aspects of residential development projects
• Leading the commercial team and overseeing cost control measures
• Procuring and managing subcontractor agreements
• Conducting detailed cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Monitoring project financial performance and reporting to senior management
• Handling variations, change orders, and contractual matters effectively
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and contractual obligations
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the residential sector
• Strong knowledge of residential development projects and construction processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Track record of successful cost control and project delivery
• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Proficiency in industry-standard surveying software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
