We are looking for a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to become a key part of our dynamic multidisciplinary team. You will perform specialist therapy assessment of patients with diverse presentations and complex needs, to provide diagnosis, develop, and deliver individualised treatment programme
· You will have a good knowledge of anatomy, physiology and awareness of long term health condition
You will be actively involved in the implementation of specific changes to practice and protocol
You will have strong communication skills both written and verbal .
You will support the organisational objectives around prioritising patient centred care and optimising quality care and patient experience; as well as supporting patient flow through the organization
