Crynodeb
To provide specialist professional and clinical advice to multi-professional teams who highlight that theyare working with patients exhibiting complex behaviours/needs and/or dysregulation, with a clear focuson working collaboratively with staff and patients to achieve positive patient outcomes. To promote a culture of inclusion, equality and diversity, reflecting the best interests of both patients andstaff. To work with the PSS Service Manager in maintaining national BILD ACT accreditation and ensure alltraining adheres to legislation, national guidance and policy. To continually monitor, review and evaluate all training programmes delivered by the PSS team to allteams across the organisation.
