The Engagement Services Coordinator role is a new position which will be key to the success of USW’s flagship engagement hub based at Newport Campus. The role offers broad exposure to USW’s Engagement Services activity, spanning business, community and graduate start-up functions and is ideally suited to a candidate who thrives on building great relationships, providing exceptional customer service and takes satisfaction in successfully delivering collaborative events and projects.



Supported by the Head of Engagement Services and Stiwdio Incubator Manager, the post holder will co-ordinate operational running of USW’s Newport engagement hub which is home to USW Exchange (our business and community engagement unit); Start-up Stiwdio (our graduate incubator) and USW Events and Engagement. The role will also provide coordination and delivery support to key external engagement projects being delivered by Engagement and Enterprise, including the See It, Be It programme in partnership with Business and the Community, and RWIF funded external engagement schemes.
