Are you the right person for the job?
• MRICS or AssocRICS qualification (Chartered or Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
• RICS Registered Valuer status (or working towards it)
• Experience before obtaining a Sava qualification will be considered and valued
• Demonstrated experience in conducting residential building surveys and valuations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
What will your role look like?
• Conduct Level 2 (HomeBuyer) and Level 3 (Building) Surveys in accordance with RICS standards
• Produce Red Book valuations for a broad range of residential properties
• Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and service excellence
• Keep up to date with industry regulations, RICS guidance, and best practices
