Work alongside engineering managers to manage quotes, allocate jobs, and oversee PPM schedules. You'll liaise with clients and subcontractors, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records using Maximo. This role exists to ensure smooth operational delivery across client sites, supporting engineering teams and maintaining compliance through accurate job tracking and reporting.



Responsibilities:

As an Administrator, you will support engineering operations by managing job allocation, quotes, and PPM schedules, while ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping using Maximo. You'll liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate site activities, maintain safety documentation, and oversee the full lifecycle of maintenance tasks—from initial request to completion. This role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, factory-based environment.



Requirements:



-Experience with Maximo or similar systems- ideally in engineering, factory, or warehouse environments. (Desirable)

-Strong administrative and organisational skills- capable of managing quotes, job allocation, and compliance documentation.

-Ability to multitask and prioritise- thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting with multiple responsibilities.

-Effective communication and teamwork- liaise confidently with engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

-Attention to detail and compliance awareness- ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to safety standards.
