Job Title: Administrator – Training Department (Temporary, 3–6 months)
Location: Monton
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Contract: Temporary (3–6 months)
Overview:
We are working in partnership with our client, based in Monton, who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join their Training Department on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to provide vital support to the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
The main duties for this Administrator role will include:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Filing and maintaining accurate records
Booking and scheduling training courses
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
Using the company’s SHE system (full training will be provided)
Providing general administrative support as required
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
