Crynodeb
Deliver a highly specialist clinical service in acquiring, interpreting and reporting cardiac ultrasound images To provide or assist in a broad range of specialist cardiac ultrasound investigations (including standard transthoracic, stress, contrast, CRT assessment and optimization, and transoesophageal studies) as an autonomous practitioner on a day-to-day basis Work as an independent Cardiac Scientist to deliver a high standard of care to all patients, utilising evidence-based practice to optimise service provision To train a wide variety of staff groups in the specialised techniques of diagnostic cardiac ultrasound To be flexible in working within other areas as appropriate, when service needs demand.
