Job Title: Care Home Manager – Luxury Care Home
Location: Near Dartford, Kent
Salary: £65,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time

I am seeking a dynamic and results-driven Care Home Manager to lead one of my clients flagship care homes near Dartford, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-quality provider with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall day-to-day management of the care home
Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for all residents
Lead, support, and develop a large, diverse team of staff
Maintain and improve existing ‘Good’ or above CQC ratings
Oversee effective budgeting, financial performance, and cost control
Implement quality assurance processes including audits and compliance checks
Identify areas for improvement and lead successful troubleshooting initiatives
Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
Requirements:
Must be an established Registered Manager with a proven track record in the care home sector
Demonstrated success achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC reports
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience managing a large team within a care home setting
Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
Confident in budgeting, financial planning, and audit processes
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
