Crynodeb
To develop and manage ILA’s employment support programme.
To inspire Disabled People including people with mental health issues and/or long-term health conditions and learning disabilities to secure employment.
To provide person centred advice and guidance to Disabled People, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable progression into suitable employment.
To provide holistic support to Disabled People who may experience many challenges in their lives as well as barriers to the employment, signposting to other agencies as required.
Recruit, train and manage a team of peer support volunteers, playing an important role in helping people sustain employment
