Crynodeb

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSEFT) provides services to the residents of Southend, Basildon, and Chelmsford. It was formed in April 2020 by the merger of Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust, and Basildon & Thurrock University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) provides community health, mental health and learning disability services to support more 3.2 million people living across Bedfordshire, Essex, and Suffolk.

MSEFT and EPUT are embarking on the implementation of a UK first of type Unified Electronic Patient Record (UEPR) system that spans Acute, Mental Health and Community services. The new system will be delivered through the Nova Programme, alongside our commercial partners for this significant transformative journey.

At the heart of our ambitious programme is a commitment to people – our patients, our staff and our community. We believe that the key to successful innovation lies in fostering a supportive, inclusive culture that values every individual’s contribution.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Nova programme in the role of Reporting Analytics Manager and to be part of our mission and successful delivery of the programme. This role will be based at EPUT's site The Lodge, Wickford with remote/home working and also the requirement to travel across MSEFT and EPUT's sites as necessary.

You will be required to attend regular meetings as part of the new EPR programme to present progress updates and raise escalations, take responsibility for actions and resolve issues affecting the delivery of key milestones.

As Reporting Analytics Manager, you will be seen as a subject matter expect on technical solutions, capable of self prioritising and helping prioritise others whilst managing conflicting demands, be able to support team members, all with the aim of ensuring that the Trust has reliable and accurate information to support decisions and deliver the highest quality care to our patients

Our ambition is to deliver excellent local and specialist services, to improve the health and well being of our patients, and provide a vibrant place for staff to develop, innovate and build careers.

We aim to make the most of our skills and experiences so we can become the best we can be. As one organisation we will recruit the finest and retain more specialist staff due to more employment opportunities across our Trust.

1. To support the Head of Performance and Information with planning and delivery of reporting from the new EPR system. Including test scripts, data quality cycles, organising team support through workload allocation.

2. To lead on the development and delivery of reporting solutions, providing excellent analytical services to support the operational teams and corporate agenda, creating reporting solutions that meet current and future requirements.
