Crynodeb
The post holder will support the management of inpatients whilst working alongside a highly skilled team of Adult Consultants, Adult Diabetes Specialist Nurses, Specialist Podiatrist and Specialist Dietitians. ELHT have been successful in receiving NHS England bid monies to develop our inpatient service. The role is to prevent unnecessary admissions, support inpatient care and timely discharge, and delivery training to HCP across the health economy.
