Crynodeb
Main Responsibilities: To ensure people are offered a CTR in accordance with National Guidance. To engage with people who have lived experience, including family and careers with the expectation that CTR delivery is embedded within local area of responsibility. To be involved in the development of policies and procedures to support a standardised delivery of CTRs across Greater Manchester. To provide training and awareness about CTRs across Greater Manchester. Undertake post-CTR check in with people, their family and carers to measure the qualitative impact of the CTR.
