What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting students with SEMH needs in both group and 1:1 settings as a Learning Support Assistant
• Delivering personalised interventions to remove barriers to learning
• Assisting in lesson planning adaptation for individual needs and goals
• Building resilience, self-esteem, and social skills through positive relationships
• Working closely with SENCO, teachers, and external agencies to deliver targeted strategies
• Monitoring progress and sharing insights to fine-tune support
