Summary
A wonderful family in Notting Hill, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their school-aged child. The ideal candidate will be calm and patient, yet energetic enough to keep up with the child, while also taking on light housekeeping duties related to them. The family has a dog that will need walking, so someone who is pet-friendly is essential. A Spanish speaker is preferred, though English-speaking candidates are also welcome to apply. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm, approximately 12 hours per week plus more hours for babysitting and during school holidays
Duties include:
Assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles for infants
Bathing the children and maintaining their proper hygiene
Ensuring the safety, well-being, and overall development of the children
Planning and organising age-appropriate and educational activities
Engaging the children in interactive play, games, and reading stories
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children’s needs
School pick-up and providing supervision and constant care
Helping with homework and encouraging learning
Keeping children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
Light housekeeping duties related to the children
Maintaining a safe and stimulating environment for the children at all times
