A lovely family in Wimbledon, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their two school-aged children. They are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with children and creating opportunities for fun, learning, and social development. The role covers all typical childcare duties, and a driver with a full UK driving licence is essential. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Rota schedule; Week 1 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Week 2 - Thursday and Friday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, approximately 10 hours per week
Duties include:
Collecting the children from school
Assisting with homework and school projects
Organising playdates and coordinating extracurricular activities
Preparing dinner and healthy meals on occasion
Taking the children to the park and other recreational outings
Walking the family dog when required
Accompanying the children to museums, exhibits, and cultural events
Assisting with the bedtime routine
Changing the children’s bedsheets regularly
Maintaining a clean, organised, and tidy environment for the children
They are looking for someone who can start immediately.
