Your Role
As an F&B Runner, you’ll be the face of our restaurants, bars, and lounges—delivering unforgettable experiences with every plate and pour. Whether it’s breakfast with a view or cocktails under the stars, you’ll make every guest feel like the only one in the room.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Greet guests with warmth and confidence, offering personalised service throughout their visit.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and anticipate guest needs with flair.
• Share your knowledge of menus, specials, and pairings to enhance the experience.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of tables, stations, and service areas.
• Work closely with Kitchen and F&B TEAM to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and positivity.
