Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Machine Operative to work in Tewkesbury
Job Details:
• Pay: £26,060.28 per annum
• Hours of Work: Quad Shift Pattern, 12-hour shifts, 6:00 am-6:00 pm / 6:00 pm-6:00 am, 36 hours a week
• Duration: Permanent
• Benefits: Uniform and PPE provided, 21 days holiday + bank holidays
Job Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties will include packing finished goods into boxes, operating shrink-wrapping machinery, using a folding machine, packing leaflets, manual handling, and producing labels for packing trays and boxes.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
• Previous experience operating machinery in a fast-paced, timed manufacturing environment
• Good eye for detail
• Willing to assist with manual packing duties
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
• Previous experience within the print industry
