We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.
As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

As a support worker you can be sure that no two days will be the same!
Additional duties may include the following: -
1. Personalised Care: Follow and support each resident’s personalized care plan, providing hands-on help and thoughtful attention to their individual needs.
Health and Wellbeing: Keep a close eye on residents’ health, communicating any concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager, and helping with calls to relatives or healthcare professionals.
Champion Dignity: Uphold the dignity and respect of each resident, ensuring they feel valued, respected and cared for.
Social Support: Encourage social interactions among residents and with staff, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Safety and Comfort: Work with housekeepers to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces, and respond quickly to emergencies or call bells.
Nutritional Support: Assist residents who need extra help with eating and drinking, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
To be considered for this rewarding role you must have the following: -
• You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
• Have a checkable work history
• Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training, with an added fee
• Have an in date enhanced DBS check, if your DBS have expired, we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.
We are unable to offer support for VISA applicants.
This is an ongoing opportunity
Your typical hours will start at 07.00 and finish at 14.00 or start at 14.00 and finish at 22.00 Monday to Friday
You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.55 per hour, with added 28 days accrued holiday pay.
