We are partnering with a forward-thinking specialist college in Coventry to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. This highly regarded college supports students aged 16-25 with a broad spectrum of complex needs, including autism, physical disabilities, and profound learning difficulties.

Responsibilities:

Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support to help students access the curriculum

Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and wider support staff to deliver a holistic and student-centred approach

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting individuals with additional or complex needs (Post-16 experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
