Transformation Programme Leadership Lead and manage transformation programmes that support Group-wide strategic priorities. Partner with clinical and corporate leaders to identify, scope, and deliver sustainable service improvements. Oversee mobilisation of project teams and ensure alignment with PMO governance and KPIs. Lead integration of transformation plans into annual business planning processes. Present complex data and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Work with Communications teams to promote transformation initiatives internally and externally. Represent the organisation at system and regional forums, championing the transformation agenda. Leadership and Team Development Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Group Transformation function. Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and support career development within the team. Provide cross-cover leadership for Associate Director colleagues within the Directorate. Governance and Delivery Assurance Monitor programme delivery, risks and resources, ensuring value for money and alignment to financial controls. Produce high-quality documentation, including business cases and assurance reports. Deputise for the Group Director of Performance and PMO as required. Values and Continuous Improvement Uphold the Groups values and lead by example in modelling public service behaviours. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning across the transformation function.
