Lead the strategic development, operational delivery and quality assurance of enhanced care services across Whipps Cross Hospital, ensuring safe, therapeutic and cost-effective care for patients with mental health needs, dementia, delirium and other complex care requirements.
To personally adhere to and always uphold the NMC Professional Code of Conduct, maintaining current professional registration and demonstrating expert knowledge of mental health, enhanced care and safeguarding legislation.
Provide expert clinical leadership in the assessment, planning and delivery of enhanced care for patients across the spectrum from dementia and delirium to acute mental health crisis, ensuring evidence-based, therapeutic interventions.
