Responsive Repairs
We’re responsible for delivering responsive repairs, right first time across Abri. We carry out the responsive repairs to our customers’ homes ranging from electrical, carpentry and plumber repairs as well as plastering and decorations. We also carry out external repairs such as fencing and groundworks.
Your new role
We're looking for a Customer Response Supervisor where you'll work in an agile manner covering a number of key locations. Accountable for the management and delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance, you’ll have exposure to working within a trade environment and have experience managing a frontline facing team.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do so we want to make sure that all our services provided are of high quality and undertaken with a commercial and customer-based ethos. We also want to make sure that what we do represent value for money and are resident focused.
Using your proactive and forward-thinking approach, you’ll work collaboratively with all stakeholders across the business to ensure the delivery of a high performing service to all homes within the operating area.
You’ll take the ownership in developing a highly motivated, customer focused and value-based team ensuring that all feedback are monitored and that customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
