Crynodeb
As a member of the Corporate Estates Management (CEM) team, you assist the Head of CEM and Head of Estates with the property management of the CPS Estate.
This includes overseeing the property management services delivery partner GPA our Asset Manager to deliver optimal Estates Management solutions to support the business. This work will include but is not limited to Transaction accountability on legal and occupier documentation (a working knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Part II is desirable) and having a working knowledge and ability to deal with operational, Estates, FM and H&S queries to create joined up property management solutions.
As Senior Property Manager, you are accountable for the operational and financial delivery of all property and asset management services (transactions and property management) across the CPS estate. You drive a culture of service excellence through continuous improvements and commercially sound decisions relating to all aspects of property. You support senior stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, play a pivotal role in customer liaison yourself, and share best practice with business and area management.
