Summary
Join our friendly, award-winning pub team as a Kitchen Team Member. You’ll help prepare and present fresh, high-quality dishes, keeping our kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised. Working closely with chefs and other team members, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys delicious, consistent food.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in line with regulations.
Keep kitchen areas clean, organised, and stocked during service.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries correctly.
Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during busy service periods.
Support the team in reducing waste and improving efficiency.
