Manpower Recruitment have teamed up with an established company in the Abingdon area and are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie.

The role is a full time, permanent role working 42.5hrs per week between the hours 7am-4pm.

The expectations are full flexibility, so please be expected to work weekends when required.

A full UK driving licence will be needed, due to location and some parts of the role would be to drive the company van.

The role is paying £28,600-£32000pa (depending on experience)

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie (or an experienced Commis Chef) to join our catering team, working across two on-site kitchens that pride themselves on quality, seasonality, and sustainability.

This is a permanent full-time position, offering stable hours and the opportunity to work with fresh, home-grown produce straight from our estate.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using home-grown and locally sourced ingredients
  • Working across two unique kitchens on the site, supporting daily service and prep
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Contributing to menu ideas with fresh, seasonal produce
  • Supporting kitchen organisation, stock control, and waste management

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen is essential (CDP or strong Commis level)
  • A full UK driving licence - essential due to working across two kitchens
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine passion for quality food
  • Knowledge of or interest in seasonal cooking and home-grown produce

If interested, please get in touch with a Manpower Representative.
