We have a fabulous opportunity to join our practice in Warrington as Senior Nurse. This role offers the opportunity to support our Head Nurse in leading the team within the practice and support our Student Nurses.
• Salary level depends on skills and experience (ideally we are seeking a trained Clinical Coach with previous coaching experience and line management of a team)
• 30 days holiday pa (including Bank Holidays) opportunity to buy or sell extra days
• Healthshield benefits (money back towards general wellbeing costs)
• Fun social events
• CPD 3 days / £600 pa plus potential for extra qualifications
• Clinical Coaching
• Full-time role working 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm including a 1:4 full weekend rota and night cover when required by exception. Includes working Bank Holidays on a rota (usually two a year).
