The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering complex infrastructure programmes. This is a senior, client-facing position that requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading on cost planning, commercial strategy, and procurement

  
  

• Managing cost control across the full project lifecycle

  
  

• Advising and engaging with senior stakeholders across major programmes

  
  

• Supporting or leading key client relationships

  
  

• Mentoring and contributing to the development of junior team members

  
  

  What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Quantity Surveying or Cost Management experience in the UK

    
    

  • Strong NEC contract knowledge (essential)

    
    

  • Infrastructure sector expertise (rail, defence, utilities, etc.)

    
    

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
