We are recruiting on behalf of a leading communication technology company for a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic sales transformation and drive the shift from channel-based to direct key account sales. This is a high-impact role with an accelerated path to leadership.
Key responsibilities:
Drive direct sales of video conferencing solutions to telecom operators and multinational corporations
Acquire new key accounts and transition from channel to direct engagement model
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex deployments
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Deliver market intelligence reports to support regional growth strategies
Requirements:
5+ years of B2B video conferencing solution sales experience (8+ preferred)
Proven track record in targeting and winning end-user enterprise accounts
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Communications
Native-level English with strong C-suite negotiation skills
Based in London with existing right to work in the UK
