Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week / 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)
We are currently looking to recruit a Property Compliance Coordinator, to join our Property Compliance team here at Housing 21.
The role of Property Compliance Coordinator encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at assisting the Property Compliance, Technical Services and Health and Safety Team in the effective management of compliance, safety and asset performance.
The job includes taking responsibility for independently undertaking tasks to support the team and manage compliance administration activities efficiently, upholding high levels of property compliance, optimising team dynamics, and contributing to the continuous improvement of service and support that the team provides within Housing 21.
While the role offers flexibility with home-based work, the successful candidate will be required to attend team meetings as required.

What we’re looking for
The essential requirements for the role include:
Proven experience in working with remote teams, being able to build relationships and contribute to the team’s success
Proven work experience in a team coordinator and/or administrative role in a housing environment
Experience of implementing and managing processes
Experience of information gathering, monitoring and reporting on data
Willingness to take on further training if required to improve knowledge around key compliance areas
